Paul D. Jones II, P.E.

Paul D. Jones II recently joined Moonshot Missions as a Managing Director providing water utility and resource management expertise, as well as knowledge in water affordability, recycling, grant funding acquisition, and the deployment of sustainable water service solutions in underserved communities. Jones also acts as senior consultant and executive advisor to water industry clients in southern California with the firm of Dopudja & Wells.

Jones recently retired as general manager of the Eastern Municipal Water District which provides water, wastewater, and recycled water services to 830,000 residents in seven cities and 11 unincorporated communities in western Riverside County, California. The district has 630 staff, and a combined annual operating and capital budget is $395 million, with 35% percent of the agency’s service area being economically disadvantaged.
