Natalie Hawkins

Natalie serves as Chief of Strategy and Development Officer at Moonshot. She provides advice to Moonshot's leadership to devise and implement strategic initiatives aimed towards developing relationships with external entities to increase the impact of Moonshot's services. Serving as the chief internal steward, she provides advice regarding program oversight, organizational structure, recruiting and developing talent - all with the goal of fulfilling Moonshot's Environmental Finance Center objectives. She also focuses on designing, implementing, and managing strategies to increase funding from philanthropic, government and other organizations. Previously, Natalie spent over 10 years as an executive recruiter specializing in international equity investment banking and was a top producer in the company.  Natalie graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in Communications.
