Andy Koester

Andy is a senior environmental professional with 20 years' experience in the water and wastewater industry. He has a proven track record as a results-driven leader in both utility operations and environmental regulation. He previously oversaw Arizona’s Clean Water Act permitting and compliance team where he implemented tremendous efficiencies to the state program. He worked as a process wastewater scientist for a UK based utility, Thames Water, and as an operations manager for Illinois American Water. He is a licensed water and wastewater operator.
